    Our refund policy is 30 Days. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

    Refunds (if applicable)
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Exchanges (if applicable)

    Our products are shipped within 2-3 Days using the following carriers: USPS Turkish Post PTT. To return your product, you should mail your product to:

     You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    According to the length of time and circumstances in different countries,customers always expect to receive their items at specific time, therefore, different couriers are chosen.

    1.2 For the non-free shipping items or an urgent order

    In these two conditions, you should pay for the extra shipping fees. However, the costs may differ according to the following factors:

When will I receive my items after I place an order?
There are four key factors that will decide when you will receive your items.

1) shipping Method: Delivery time varies with shipping methods. For example: DHL, takes 2-4 business days while Turkish Post  takes 8-15 business days.

2) Time in transit varies depending on where you're located and where your package is coming from.

3) Item Processing Time: There are different processing time for different items. You can check the processing time from product page; However, we will try our best to prepare the item ASAP after you place an order on our website

4) Some unavoidable reasons:

We will ship out the item according to your requests, but we can not assure you exactly how many days you can receive this item. There are many factors that may cause the delay of your item, e.g. bad weather conditions, strikes as well as war, etc.

But we will ship it out before the shipping deadline, and try our best to negotiate with the related shipping company and ask them to take your case as priority.
How can I trace my order?

As to the order status and shipping information of your package, you can refer to "My Account" in our website. When you click the "View Detail" button, there is a column called Order Tracking, where you can view all the detailed information about your order.

Customs & Import TaxCustoms is a government agency responsible for regulating shipments entering a country or region. All shipments being sent to and from a country or region must clear customs first. It's always buyer's responsibilities to clear customs and pay the relevant custom duties.

We don't add taxes, VAT, or other hidden charges. You pay us the price on the screen, i.e. goods subtotal + shipping cost.

In most countries, however, you have to pay taxes or duties on imported goods. Sometimes goods under a certain value, or in certain categories, do not incur taxes.

The rules are different in every country. Unfortunately there is no way for us to know the rules, regulations, customs, traditions, practices, loopholes, schemes, systems, paperwork, codes, laws, or rulings of every single country.

Therefore, we cannot, and will not, offer advice about taxes in your country. As the buyer, it is your responsibility to find out that information before you order.

If you have to pay import taxes and/or additional duties and sales taxes, then you would have to pay that to the courier upon receipt of the package(s). We can't calculate this for you or you cannot pre-pay it. If you are drop-shipping or sending a gift item to someone, please make sure they are aware of the possibility of having to pay taxes when receiving the goods.

Please find out as much as you can about your import taxes in your own country before completing your order. If you find out information about the import tax situation in your country, and you believe there are ways to minimize the taxes you have to pay (or eliminate the taxes altogether), just tell us what you need by putting instructions (regarding labeling, packing, declarations, invoices, etc.) in the comments field during checkout. We are more than happy to follow your instructions.


 1.1 If the items are detained by customs, who is responsible for clearance of the items?If the items are detained by Customs after the ship left the seller's country, the buyer is responsible for clearance of the detained items.1.2 If a very large order is delivered from Turkey to my country, will customs seize my order?

Yes, it is possible. We suggest you  ask the seller in advance to split your orders into several smaller packages, to be shipped out on different days to avoid possible seizure.

 

1.3 If custom duties are incurred, who is responsible?

It is the buyer's responsibility for any custom duty fees that may be charged upon delivery. How the import duty will be charged depends on each country's custom policies.
